• Uploaded documents such as dealer license copies.

• Messages sent through the Platform to other dealers or to our support team.
• Payment-related information necessary to process Platform fees.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Pages viewed, features used, links clicked, and time spent on the Platform.
• Login timestamps and session duration.
• Referring URLs and search terms used to reach the Platform.

Information from third parties:

• Dealer license verification data from state licensing authorities or verification services.
• Vehicle history data from third-party providers (e.g., NMVTIS) when displayed alongside listings.

• Verification services: Dealer license information may be shared with third-party verification providers to confirm licensing status.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, dealer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. Cookies & Tracking

• Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained for the life of the account and for two (2) years following account closure.
• Transaction records: Retained for seven (7) years for tax and regulatory compliance.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Uploaded documents: Retained for the life of the account. Deleted within ninety (90) days of account closure.
